Rescission of Boil Water Notice
To: Issued to Southlake Utilities, Inc. Customers in the Summer Bay Resort, Clermont, Florida in Lake County.
The August 6, 2024, boil water notice is hereby rescinded following satisfactory completion of the bacteriological test results showing that the water is safe to drink.

8/6/24: Precautionary Boil Water Notice
To: Limited to Southlake Utilities, Inc. Customers in the Summer Bay Resort Only, Clermont, Florida in Lake County
A loss of water pressure under 20 psi has been experienced for customers in the Summer Bay Resort only. The main line for the resort was compromised in the area. We are issuing a precautionary water notice and advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is required. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until bacteriological test results show that the water is safe to drink, and a recission notice will be issued to the customers affected.

NOTICE TO SOUTHLAKE UTILITIES, INC. CUSTOMERS
Southlake Utilities, Inc. filed an application June 20, 2022, with the Florida Public Service Commission (the “Application”) to establish a meter installation fee for Radio Frequency meters. This charge is for future meter installations and the requested charges are to be paid by new, not existing customers.
Installation costs for a 5/8″x3/4″ meter is $402.31 and for a l” meter is $556.49. Meters larger than l” are actual cost.
The Application can be accessed on the PSC website (PSC.State.fl.us) and comments concerning the Application should be addressed to the Office of Commission Clerk, 2540 Shumard Oak Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0870.
