• Your lease.
• Valid government issued identification.
• Optional: A voided check if you wish to enroll in the electronic payment option.

For New Homeowners: You will need the following information to complete your application:
• Closing documentation or HUD statement.
• Valid government issued identification.
• Optional: A voided check if you wish to enroll in the electronic payment option.

The following connection charges and deposits will apply:

  • Initial Connection Charge (Water and Wastewater) – $15.00
  • Deposit (Water) – $35.00
  • Deposit (Wastewater) – $35.00

Total Connection Charges and Deposits = $85.00
